A warm welcome awaits guests on arrival at Latton House, situated near the Turf walk and safe sandy beach at Totland Bay.
Built originally as a Victorian residence which was part of the Totland Estate,
Latton
House offers the ideal opportunity to relax or take advantage of the excellent
walks or bathing beaches nearby.
All rooms are fully en-suite having a private toilet with shower, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities.
The accommodation is centrally heated throughout and
is therefore also ideal for spring and autumn breaks. There is a cosy lounge
where guests can relax in front of the log fire in cooler weather.
The food is home-cooked incorporating the best of local produce.
We can offer a full English Breakfast or
various alternatives for guests who prefer something lighter.
The evening candlelit supper consists of three courses and includes a vegetarian choice.
All menus include coffee and mints.

Rooms will be ready for you from 2pm on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate their room by 10am on the day of departure.
There is adequate car parking in our own level car
park.
