TERMS & CONDITIONS

No deposit is required to confirm your booking. However credit cards details must be given on Booking as a deposit guarantee, as a fee of £30.00 per person will be deducted for Cancellations.

Payments: Under £250.00 by Cash on Arrival. Over £250 by Cash or Cheque (Cheques must be received 10 days in advance of the holiday)

Please make cheques payable to A Turner.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time prior to receipt of a reservation.

Customers may wish to make their own arrangements and insure against any loss in the event of cancellation.

No deduction is made for temporary absence or departure earlier than planned.

The Owners reserve the right to change a room, from that booked, or to cancel a booking if necessary for whatever reason.

In the case of cancellation by the owners, liability will be restricted to a refund of all monies paid to Latton House.

Please note – For the comfort and safety of guests, Latton House is completely Non-Smoking.

Children over 12 are welcome.
